Shipping costs

From 69,- Euro order value we ship free of charge within Germany! 

Below that, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 4.90 euros. Should you fall below this limit after returns, we reserve the right to charge you a subsequent fee. For full returns of orders under 69 euros, we will not refund the shipping costs paid if you have used a free returns label from us.

The shipping costs increase by 5,- Euro for cash on delivery.

ATTENTION: Due to the current Corona situation, cash on delivery shipments are not delivered directly to the front door by DHL. The parcels can be picked up and paid for at the nearest branch. You can find more information here.

We ship 100% with DHL, i.e. 100% climate-neutral within Germany. This is because we charge 0.02 euros plus VAT per shipment for climate protection projects to offset emissions.

Easy shipping to Switzerland with MeinEinkauf.ch

 Do you live or have your company headquarters in Switzerland (or Lichtenstein) and want to have our golfshop.de products delivered directly to Switzerland?

Via MeinEinkauf.ch you can order our goods here in the store and have them sent to your address in Switzerland by MeinEinkauf.ch. 
Register with MeinEinkauf.ch

After registering with MeinEinkauf.ch you will receive an @MeinEinkauf.ch email address. If you use this email address and purchase goods from www.golfshop.de, simply enter the MeinEinkauf.ch address as your billing and delivery address and pay. Your purchase will be customs cleared and taxed by MeinEinkauf AG (Switzerland) and shipped directly to you in Switzerland.

You do not pay any import duties or presentation taxes.

For an order in our store and delivery to Switzerland, you pay the same final price at www.golfshop.de as customers in Germany (in euros).

For details on the service fee (from CHF 17.90) to MeinEinkauf.ch, please refer to the MeinEinkauf.ch price list. Please note that our products may be heavy and consist of several packages, depending on the size of your order.

*If you are entitled to a right of withdrawal with regard to your order and should you make use of this after submitting your contractual declaration with regard to part of your order, with the result that the purchase price not to be paid by you or to be repaid by us would fall below the threshold value stated by us, we reserve the right to demand the proportionate shipping costs of 5.90 euros for the remaining part of the order from you.
