Up to now, we've been using plastic mailing bags for simple textile shipments. We are now switching to small cardboard boxes for these. We are also now using EcoBags made from recycled film for textile overpackaging.

So far, we have used standard adhesive tapes from Tesa to seal the boxes. We are switching to paper-based adhesive tapes, e.g., tesapack Paper ecoLogo, which consists of 60% bio-based material and is manufactured without the use of solvents. The roll core is made from 100% recycled cardboard.

Until now, we have rarely used "used" boxes from returns or suppliers for shipping. We will consistently change this in 2020.

Up to now, we have included the invoice or delivery note plus the returns slip with every package. We will change this process so that in the future all documents will be emailed to the customer along with the shipping confirmation, thus achieving completely paperless shipping.

We do not include return labels in our packages, but rather offer our customers free return labels that they can print themselves. This way, we avoid thousands of useless labels.

We do not use bubble wrap or similar materials, but rather paper cushioning to protect against transport damage.

Should your order consist of several items and one of them is not immediately available, we will wait with the shipment until all items are in stock. Upon request, we can also deliver partially; a message to us is sufficient.
