You can return the delivered goods without giving reasons within the return and withdrawal period or revoke your declaration of contract, see our General Terms and Conditions.

2. Please return the item to us within 14 days.
   We generally do not exchange items; we only accept returns, and you can simply place a new order.

As soon as your return has arrived and been briefly inspected, we will receive the credit note from the warehouse and then refund the amount via the payment method you used for the order. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for this process from the time the goods arrive at our facility. For cash on delivery payments, please provide us with your bank details.

Please note that the modalities mentioned above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

We do not refund any shipping costs you paid for the outbound shipment if you used our free return label.
