Should you experience any problems with products purchased from us within the statutory warranty period, please follow these steps:
- Please send an email to info@golfshop.de with a brief description of the defect, two/three clear pictures of the defect, and your order number.
- We will promptly address your concern, consult with the manufacturer, and reply to you as quickly as possible.
- Please allow us, and especially the manufacturer, a few business days to respond to your inquiry.
- We assure you that we will achieve the best and quickest possible result for you.
