Terms and Conditions for the Golfshop.de GmbH Facebook Giveaway
The sweepstakes is organized by Golfshop.de GmbH. Any natural person residing in Germany who has reached the age of 18 is eligible to participate. The sweepstakes begins on November 11, 2020; the deadline for entries is November 14, 2020, at 11:59 PM. Late entries cannot be considered.
Participation in the sweepstakes is only permitted through the personal entry of the participant. Participation via automated procedures (e.g., via sweepstakes clubs or sweepstakes service providers) is not permitted. In such cases and in the event of violations of the terms and conditions of participation or manipulations, we reserve the right to exclude the relevant participants.
Multiple comments from the same Facebook user and/or the same person will be counted as one entry in the sweepstakes. A jury will assess the submitted comments for authenticity and creativity and then select the winners of the sweepstakes at its own discretion. For this purpose, all "Facebook names" of the participants will be recorded and stored for the determination of winners. Address data will later only be collected from the winners and used solely for sending the prize. Participants have legal rights to information and revocation.
Prize Description
The prize is a 10% discount voucher for the Golfshop.de online store.
Winners must respond by November 28, 2020, at 11:59 PM and provide their address for prize shipment.
Winners will be notified directly on our Facebook page after the sweepstakes, by the official "Golfshop.de GmbH" account replying to the original comment through which they participated in the sweepstakes.
In this comment, winners will be asked to provide their address for prize shipment via Facebook direct message to Golfshop.de GmbH. In the event that a winner does not contact Golfshop.de GmbH independently by November 28, 2020, at 11:59 PM, the prize will be forfeited, and the winner will lose their claim to receive the prize. The announcement of winners is made without guarantee.
Golfshop.de GmbH is entitled to transmit personal data to third parties to facilitate prize delivery. Only one prize per participant is possible, which cannot be paid out in cash as an alternative. Prize claims are not transferable to other persons. Golfshop.de GmbH is released from all obligations upon handing over the prize. Golfshop.de GmbH is only liable for legal and material defects in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Early Termination of the Sweepstakes
Golfshop.de GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. Golfshop.de GmbH will particularly make use of this option if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the sweepstakes cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination was caused by the behavior of a participant, Golfshop.de GmbH may claim compensation from that person for the damage incurred.
Applicable Law; Severability Clause; Exclusion of Legal Recourse; Right to Amend
These terms and conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Golfshop.de GmbH are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Incomplete or ineffective provisions are to be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another appropriate regulation is found which economically comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the ineffective or incomplete provision. Legal recourse is excluded.
No Involvement of Facebook in the Sweepstakes
The sweepstakes is not connected to Facebook and is in no way supported, accompanied, or controlled by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook, but Golfshop.de GmbH. All questions, comments, or complaints should therefore not be directed to Facebook, but to Golfshop.de GmbH. No claims against Facebook arise from participation.
