The Titanium OPTM LS fairway model is engineered for faster players seeking maximum speed and control in a compact, low spin head.
Utilizing their advanced expertise and understanding of club inertia, Cobra engineers have maximized both the moment of inertia (MOI) and a lesser-known but critical stability value called POI, to create our most forgiving and accurate LS model to date. Players will experience the control and low spin performance they need, plus even more stability for tighter dispersion.

THE FIRST FAIRWAYS TO OPTIMIZE POI FOR STRAIGHTER MIS-HITS
Until now, MOI has been the primary metric companies have focused on to optimize the stability and
forgiveness of clubs. Cobra is the first to talk about a lesser-known metric called POI that accounts for
the club's rotation across all three axes (horizontal, vertical, and diagonal twisting that occurs on
off-center strikes). OPTM fairways are the first to optimize both MOI and POI through strategic
weight distribution and shaping to create a super fairway – one that drastically reduces gear effect
and delivers tighter dispersion for longer, straighter off-center strikes.

REDESIGNED FOR FORGIVENESS
To optimize MOI and POI, mass was distributed more symmetrically across the three primary axes and
condensed around the center of gravity to minimize the club's diagonal twisting resistance. Using AI-powered
simulation tools, Cobra engineers explored millions of impact locations to gain a fundamental
understanding of gear effect and determine the optimal placement of metal/mass and adjustable
weights in each model.

TITANIUM CONSTRUCTION WITH TUNGSTEN
A multi-material construction combines a lightweight 8-1-1 titanium body and titanium faceplate with a carbon crown
to improve weight distribution and deliver driver-like distance. The use of titanium instead of steel creates
additional discretionary weight, allowing 37.5g of tungsten to be positioned deep and low in the
heel and toe areas to optimize speed and forgiveness.
