The OPTM MAX Fairway model was designed with a draw bias for players who struggle with a slice. By strategically distributing weight, the center of gravity has been moved
closer to the hosel to make it easier to get the ball airborne and to square the face faster, resulting in a more leftward ball flight.

THE FIRST FAIRWAY WOODS TO OPTIMIZE POI FOR STRAIGHTER MIS-HITS
Up until now, MOI has been the main metric that companies have focused on to optimize the stability and
forgiveness of clubs. Cobra is the first company to talk about a lesser-known metric called POI, which
takes into account the club's rotation around all three axes (horizontal, vertical, and diagonal twist that occurs with
off-center hits). The OPTM fairway woods are the first to optimize both MOI and POI through strategic
weight distribution and shaping to create a super fairway wood—one that drastically reduces gear effect
and delivers less dispersion for longer and straighter off-center shots.

REDESIGNED FOR FORGIVENESS
To optimize MOI and POI, mass has been distributed more symmetrically across the three main axes and
densified around the center of gravity to minimize the club's diagonal twist resistance. Using AI-driven
simulation tools, Cobra's engineers have studied millions of impact locations to gain a thorough
understanding of the gear effect and determine the optimal placement of metal/mass and
movable weights in each model.

ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS
The OPTM MAX Fairway features an advanced descending weighting system with 2 adjustable weights
