For the first time, the 2025 P790 features an entirely new, ultra-high-strength, high-speed forged face material (4340M) that is 20% stronger than previous generations. The increased strength of 4340M allows for a thinner face and higher ball speeds while increasing the sweet spot by up to 24%

compared to the 2023 P790 7-iron

GREATER DISTANCE WITH IMPROVED GAPPING

The faster 4340M face, individual head optimization, and FLTD CGTM for precise center of gravity positioning provide longer carry distances with optimal launch and spin windows for optimal gapping in the set.

New for 2025 is an even lower center of gravity in the long irons, improving ball launch and playability, while a higher center of gravity aims to improve spin rate and control in the scoring clubs. The FLTD CG design strategically positions the center of gravity lowest in the long irons and progressively shifts it higher for optimal launch and spin windows throughout the set.

The new P790 features a thinner topline for a cleaner look at address and an enlarged sole radius with a progressive leading edge designed for consistent turf interaction and improved club delivery.
